How to Talk to Facebook Support in 2020
Did your ad get rejected? Do you want to report someone impersonating you on Facebook? Or, are you a victim to a glitch within ads manager?
As someone who has been advertising on Facebook and Instagram for years and years, I know how valuable it is to actually speak to a real life human at Facebook.
This blog post won’t serve as a story time of how ads have glitched on me in the past, or how many times my ads get rejected BUT it will tell you how to get in contact with someone at Facebook support.
I was a little uncertain if I wanted to share this information as I don’t want to be put in Facebook jail but at the same time, I want to help out my fellow digital marketing practitioners.
So, without further ado, here is how I get in contact with Facebook VIP support:
How to access live chat with Facebook:
- Go to this URL: https://www.facebook.com/business/help
- Scroll down to the section that says, ‘Still need help? Find answers or contact support’ and click on the blue button titled ‘Get Started’
- You’ll be greeted with a 3-step process. First choose the issue that you’re having and click next.
- On the second screen you’ll see more resources to help solve your problem but underneath those sections you’ll see, ‘Need more help? Contact Support’ and from there you’ll have the option of either launching a chat OR emailing support.
Then choose your issue within Facebook:
Choose either to launch a support chat window or to email support. Please note: this screenshot was taken on Saturday morning at 8 a.m and chat was not an option. I have used both chat and email and have received outstanding results with both options.
How to talk to someone at Facebook:
All you need to do is complete those three steps to talk to someone at Facebook. Facebook support has helped me more times than I can count and truly value their support functions.
