Dear Jennifer,
I wish you could audibly hear my sighs of frustration…I would prefer to not start off my letter with such dramatics but it’s true. Ugh, where do I begin? Basically I have a fancy new website & paid an arm and a leg for it in 2020 - this is all before I found you of course. I am getting enough site traffic, but when people actually visit it, they aren’t taking action! So here I am shouting, ‘What’s the point?’ What am I doing in this online sphere that moves faster than a speeding bullet if I don’t have a website that converts? I so desperately need your guidance. What am I doing wrong?

We can hear the desperation in your ‘voice’. And boy oh boy is that frustrating! Lucky for you, this is quite an expertise of ours and as we like to say, ‘It’s figure-outable’.
Without taking a look at your website directly it will be hard for me to truly understand the extent of your conversion issues. But it tells me some basic things. Maybe the calls to actions aren’t strong enough, maybe you’ve misled them that your business can solve the problem, maybe your website is spammy. There are a host of reasons why folks come to a website and don’t take action.
We can confidently say that 9 times out of 10, the website itself is the issue.
